After a study, Jacob Nielsen came to the conclusion that windows 8 is disappointing for the users. Windows 8 is now interface consistent since it has both environments touch-friendly and desktop; also some tiles are to active and it is difficult to clearly identify which one you are looking at. Many of the thumbnails images do not display the app's name.
Relevance to the Class
This clearly shows how important is to make sure that every design is user friendly. everything should be easier for the user that way they feel comfortable using it and they the brand loyalty grows.
