  1.  What do Goto and Cotler think are some important things to identify when assessing audience capabilities? Are there examples you would add given changes in the industry since the book was published in 2005?
R/ Goto and Cotler think that everything comes down to the following question: who is the client willing to leave behind? To answer this, it is important to keep in mind things like, is the target audience technology savy? What size monitor do they have, what browsers do they use? What is the internet speed they have?

  1. What software application do the authors recommend using for project management? Why do they recommend using a different application to deliver project management information to a client?
R/ Goto and Cotler recommend to set up a central HTML staging area for the clients to post all deliverables and project documentations, and a separate staging area for the team development area.
  1. There's a proofreading error in the sidebar titled "Project Management Applications"—what is it? (Google may help you here.)

  1. According to the authors, can usability testing be conducted using an online survey? Why or why not?
R/ Online survey is a valuable way to gather feedback, however it should only be used to answer yes or not question. Online surveys can be very frustrating and not a good amount of the target area usually completes the survey.
